Edra expands in Tokyo: when interior art meets experience space.
This past week, Edra officially opened Spazio Edra Tokyo Aoyama, its first flagship store in Japan, in collaboration with Living House – Edra’s exclusive distributor in the cherry blossom country.
Located in Minami-Aoyama – Tokyo’s creative and artistic hub – the space is designed to blur the line between interior artwork and its surroundings: large mirrored walls create a reflective effect, allowing each detail and shape of the product to be admired from every angle.
Kosuke Kitamura, President of Living House, shared: “The culture of living in Japan is shifting – the home is not only a private space but also a place to express personal aesthetic taste. Edra, with its views on beauty and comfort, fits into that flow.”
Before the flagship, Edra also held a pop-up at Isetan Shinjuku from April 10 to September 9, 2025, displaying iconic product lines such as Standard, Pack, Getsuen, Scrigno, Cicladi, On the Rocks — where audiences could directly experience the materials, lines and sitting feeling that are the brand’s DNA.
By opening the flagship in Japan, Edra not only marks the brand’s presence but also sends a message: high-end furniture is not just for use, but for feeling and contemplating.
